We dream of a church that follows the Holy Spirit rather than the personality of the pastor.  We dream of a church authentic in her love towards the community, whose worship goes beyond her walls.  We dream of a worship service that is reverse-concert, where we are the performers and God is the audience.  We believe that church will change when we come to terms with the fact that it may never change - because that is when we can start loving the church.

We are a band of misfits in need of God and each other.  We are stumblers, addicts, hoarders, runners, masqueraders, sinners, saints, seekers, rulers - pining for glory and love.  We believe that Jesus didn't come to make bad people good - but to make dead people live*.  We believe that God works deepest through the desert times, in the dark night of the soul.  We believe that spiritual formation is not about trying harder, but about participating in the life of Christ.  We believe that obedience is all about freedom.  We believe that what binds us is far stronger than our feeble loves.  We believe that love, not knowledge, is the truest expression of our faith.
